We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Please read the details below regarding shipping, processing, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are carefully prepared with protective packaging, including foam padding and dropper tubes to ensure product safety during transit.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (tracking included).

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days via UPS or FedEx (tracking included).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.


3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination:

    • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days

    • Europe & Asia: 10–21 business days

    • Other regions: 10–30 business days

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Tracking will be provided for all international shipments whenever possible.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain international orders.

  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries; it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.


5. Packaging

  • Each bottle is packed in protective foam and includes a dropper for safe and precise dosing.

  • Our packaging is designed to prevent leakage, damage, or breakage during shipping.

  • All orders are shipped in discreet packaging for privacy.


6. Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

    • Carrier delays

    • Customs processing for international shipments

    • High-volume periods such as holidays

  • Aperta Health is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package online with the carrier for updates on delivery status.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at armentafernando3050@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may require photos of damaged packaging or items for claims with the carrier.


9. Multiple Item Orders

  • If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on warehouse availability.

  • Shipping costs will not exceed the total calculated at checkout unless additional shipments are required.
